Marilyn Fayre Milos (* 1940) ist eine amerikanische Intaktivistin, die 2015 auf dem Welttag der genitalen Selbstbestimmung (WWDOGA) ein Rede hielt. Sie hat am College of Marin studiert und arbeitete als Kranken­schwester.

Milos ist

• Mitbegründerin und Vorstandsvorsitzende des National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers^[wp] (NOCIRC),
• Mitautorin der Tagungsbände internationaler Symposien, veröffentlicht bei Springer,
• Mitbegründerin und Repräsentantin von Genital Autonomy USA, und
• Koordinatorin bei International Symposia on Genital Autonomy and Children's Rights at Intactivism.
